Biography

Peggy Velimesis is a senior vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland with Bankwide responsibility for Human Resources, Quality, Payroll, and Internal Communications. She is also the Bank’s EEO officer.

 

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Velimesis earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and her MBA from Cleveland State University. She has a special expertise in labor/employee relations and change management.  Ms. Velimesis is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and she serves on the Human Resources Advisory Committee of United Way. She has also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Employers Resource Council and the Children’s Hunger Alliance Advisory Group.

 

Chris Nunes

Chris Nunes is the manager of Human Resources Development and Organizational Development of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. His responsibilities include quality management, career development and the learning and development systems throughout the district.

Mr. Nunes has a master's degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University. He is a master trainer and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry, Coaching for Emotional Intelligence and has completed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification offered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
