Biography

Kathleen Creech is a Senior Consultant in the Atlanta, GA office of Towers Perrin.  As a member of Towers Perrin’s global Strategic Workforce Planning practice, Kathleen consults with clients on a variety of workforce and rewards issues.  As part of the practice, she also assists in training and the development of intellectual capital around workforce planning strategies and best practices.

 

Kathleen has 17 years of experience in HR consulting with a focus on the management of retirement benefit programs, design of rewards programs, benefit communications and workforce strategies.  She has provided consulting services to many major corporations including Food Lion, Ryder, United Rentals, Cox Enterprises and Fruit of the Loom.

 

Kathleen received a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Vanderbilt University.  She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
