BIO - Jim Smith

Jim Smith, SPHR, PCC, is The Executive Happiness Coach®.  Jim works exclusively with people who want to change how they show up in the world.   He knows that leadership is not about knowledge and title alone.  True leadership is about Presence: the mood one brings to conversations, how one responds in crisis, inspires others, and even how a person walks, talks, and breathes.  To build better leaders, then, Jim challenges his clients on every level: intellectual, emotional, and physical.  He does this through personal and executive coaching, speaking, and leadership training and facilitation.

Jim holds his Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation, having provided over 2,300 hours of leadership coaching.  He serves as a Mentor Coach for The Newfield Network, is Past President of the Cleveland Coach Federation, and teaches in the HR MBA program for Baldwin Wallace College.

Finally, Jim worships dark chocolate and deeply believes that “Happiness is a decision, not an event!”  You can learn more about Jim at www.TheExecutiveHappinessCoach.com or www.LifeWithHappiness.com.
