BIO - Sandy Prestine

Sandra Prestine is a consultant with Towers Watson’s Strategic Rewards practice.  She has consulted for over 15 years on domestic and global compensation issues in the areas of work design, organizational design, market analysis, salary plan design, incentive plan design and succession planning. 

 

Sandy’s prior consulting work includes implementing global leveling and salary structures in support of a global re-organization, consolidation and redesign of short term incentive plans for an international organization, designing and implementing a team-based work and rewards system for a Greenfield start-up manufacturing facility in Mexico, and providing compensation analysis and recommendations around the merger of two international companies. 

Prior to Towers Watson, Sandy served as Manager of Compensation – North America for Spectrum Brands.  Her background includes prior consulting experience as well as internal Human Resource experience at The Northern Trust Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.

Sandy received her M.S. degree in Industrial Relations and B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of World at Work (formerly The American Compensation Association) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
