The objective of this session is to bring light to the urgent and very real need to bring adaptive capabilities into your organizations operational and cultural structures, to highlight the unique position and opportunity HR has in championing an adaptable capabilities movement, to show how the values and principles of Lean, Agile, Systems Thinking, and other mindsets support the operation of an adaptable organization, and how to get a movement towards adopting adaptable capabilities started.

Session Description
Never has the statement “change is the only constant” been truer. Hyper-innovation, disruptive discoveries, mounting regulations, talent expectations, and increasing demands of a global society are pushing the capabilities of organizations to their limits. Every year, companies which fail to flex, break and disappear. How does one (individual or organization) sustainability grow and prosper in this constantly evolving world? Adaptability…more specifically…sustainable organizational adaptability. Building adaptable capabilities within the operational and cultural makeup is, for all organizations, the new standard and is critical to both short-term survival and long-term success. But how to you start such a movement?
