Exhibitor/Sponsor FAQs
Question: Are luncheon tickets included with a booth?
Answer: Your status as an exhibitor entitles you to two lunch tickets. Additional lunch tickets can be ordered via the Exhibitor Registration Form at the cost of $75.00 each and include conference luncheon, keynote speaker, continental breakfast and afternoon break. Luncheon tickets will be distributed the day of the conference after the first break. Click HERE to make an additional "Food and Refreshment Pass" purchase.
Question: How are exhibitor booth assignments made?
Answer: Exhibitor booth locations are assigned by the committee in the order that registrations are received. If you have a specific request, you can email it to admin@nohrc.org: Deadline for requests - February 9th. There are no promises or guarantees that requests can be honored.
Question: When will we receive our booth number?
Answer: Approximately a month before the conference, exhibitors will receive a welcome packet with a floor plan and assignments.
Question: What are Exhibitor booth setup & teardown times?
Answer: NOHRC 2012 will be held on March 9th, 2012 at the IX Center in Cleveland. Setup for exhibitors are the day before the conference (between the hours of 12 noon and 5:00 pm), and the day of the conference (between the hours of 6:00 am and 7:00 am). Please use Concourse 2E when entering the conference. There will be no dollies provided. Materials can be hand-carried or a 2-wheel dolly can be used (no 4 wheel dollies allowed).
Question: Where is the area for Parking and Unloading?
Answer: Please use entrance Concourse/2E when entering the conference. There will be no dollies provided to carry materials in/out. Materials can be hand carried or with a 2-wheel dolly (no 4-wheel dollies permitted.)
Question: Do exhibitors and sponsors receive a list of attendees?
Answer: Approximately a week before the conference, exhibitors and sponsors will receive an electronic file with attendee names and physical contact information. After the show, an electronic file of attendees will be sent to exhibitors and sponsors which will include attendee email addresses.
Question: Are there any restrictions regarding what can be at the booth?
Answer: Please do not bring Odorous food (popcorn machines), Big Game wheels and the like, or any equipment (including audio equipment) that will infringe on other exhibitor spaces.
Question: Are exhibitors eligible for prizes?
Answer: Our Prize drawings are for our attendees. Exhibitors and Corporate Sponsors are not eligible to participate in the drawings.
Question: Will we receive nametags?
Answer: Company nametags will be provided and will be at your booth when you arrive.
Question: What is included with our booth?
Answer: You will have received a floor plan in the mail prior to the conference. See the floor plan & find your space number to locate your spot in the facility.The booth area is a 10 ft by 10 ft space. Each exhibitor space will have an 8 ft skirted table and 2 chairs provided. Additional chairs must be coordinated in advance at an additional cost. In addition, if you do not want a table please inform us. It will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to supply any special equipment (televisions, VCR equipment, flip charts, power strips, extension cords, etc). Vendors are responsible for all set up and immediate dismantling of their displays at the conference.
