Sarah Gilberg works passionately to improve workplaces for all people and strongly believes in the power of data to shape business strategy on issues of D&I. Through her expertise in analysis, Sarah looks in-depth with clients at their workforce data to identify their key diversity and inclusion issues. She then co-creates a tailored strategy to solve those problems. In addition to workforce data analysis and strategy work, she speaks to employees within her client organizations to better understand why diversity issues occur and facilitates sessions on unconscious bias. She has spoken on a variety of diversity and inclusion topics, including engaging men in inclusion work and employee resource groups.
