Christine Polisena is a registered dietitian with a Masters in Human Nutrition from Case and a Master in Business Administration from Cleveland State.   Is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and has spent 25+ years in health care and health insurance.  Has worked at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, NASA Glenn, Healthspan, Ernst and Young, Oswald and Mercer.   Currently an account executive at Gallagher Benefits where she works with mid to large sized clients in benefit consulting.    

Senior executive with diverse experience in the interaction of the entire system of providers, facilities, patients, employers, brokers and insurers.   Works with the C-suite with a strategic and collaborative approach using analytics to understand current situation and evaluate impact of solutions.   Understands the different communication and engagement techniques needed for employers, members, providers and insurers.   Developed multiple innovative solutions to improve delivery of health care, consumer engagement, population health and financial outcomes.
